Dear Publisher,

In order to make your application please follow each steps specified below:

"You dont have an account registered with this e-mail address. You should register your company".

If you already completed your registration before, please proceed to new application. If you didn’t register before click on registration and check your company’s status by typing your e-mail address and the security code.

After clicking on the search button, you will see one of following warnings:

- Way A -
"You don’t have an account registered with this e-mail address.
You should register your company".

Then, you should click on the register button.

After filling it up completely, please submit your form.

Then the following warning will be shown:

"Your account successfully registered. Please check out your mailbox for your login information".

The e-mail from kygmys@ktb.gov.tr contains the following:

- publishing house’s name

- user name

- password

Now you can start your application either by clicking on the link at the end of this e-mail or using the “e-application” service on TEDA Web site.

If you prefer using the link in the e-mail please click on Kütüphane Yönetim Otomasyonu. Or else you can log in directly on the landing page of TEDA teda.ktb.gov.tr> E-APPLICATION> NEW APPLICATION.

After logging in by using your user name and the password given by the system automatically, you will be asked to set your own password.

After setting your new password, you will be forwarded to TEDA e-application system.

If you want to complete your application in Turkish, click on Publisher or Application and see the Turkish flag on the top right.

Now you can continue in Turkish.

When you click on Publisher, you will see your profile and New Application button on the top left of the page.

By clicking on New Application you will reach the application form to be filled up step by step.

Complete each steps and upload requested documents such as publisher certificate, copyright agreement, translation contract, translator's CV, publisher catalogue and e-book.

Please keep in mind that only fully completed applications (with required documents) are accepted valid for evaluation. So please fill up the application form properly and upload all required documents.

When you submit your application successfully, it will be tagged as a “draft” application by our system. “Draft” means “you successfully submitted your application but it will be examined by our team as a next step. Then you will be received a confirmation e-mail saying that your application is done or an e-mail specifying missing documents and information.



- Way B -
Your company and associated user account was already registered.
You can login to our application directly.

Then, you need to reset your password. So please log in directly on the landing page of TEDA teda.ktb.gov.tr> E-APPLICATION> NEW APPLICATION.

Or

Click on “LOGIN PAGE” button next to “SERCH BUTTON.

You will be directed to another page. Please click on “Kütüphane Yönetim Otomasyonu”

Write down your e-mail address into “Kullanıcı adı” (Username) and then press “şifremi sıfırla” (reset my password).

You will be received an email from kygmys@ktb.gov.tr including your new password.
