The Ministry will set up an Advisory Committee consisting of seven members from Türkiye’s academic and literary world. The Committee shall meet at least twice a year and hold meetings whenever necessary under the chairmanship of the General Directorate of Libraries and Publications. It will consult specialists in various fields during the process of its project assessments.

The Ministry shall pay the full amount of the grant following the decision taken by the Advisory Committee, the Ministerial approval and the signing of the agreement with the applying publisher. The Publisher will deliver 30 copies of the published book in 15 days after the publication of the work.
